So, starting at #38, I have

TA+MA submod

Does the exact order matter much, or if putting MA before your mods, and putting all relevant submods after, enough? Also, should I put these at the *very* bottom of the mod list/load order, or just relatively low? I've seen enough mods say "put this at the bottom" to figure out that being loaded last does *something*, but I don't know what exactly.
