No Casus Belli

Description
This mod is quite simple; it allows you to declare war without a Casus Belli, at
heavy penalties, of course. It takes a LARGE amount of prestige and piety, incurs a
-30 opinion penalty, and targets a single duchy.

This mod is, so far, mostly untested, but it should be playable. If it's overpowered (e.g. should only target a county) or underpowered, (e.g. prestige, piety and opinion penalty is way too large), let me know. If you find any bugs (such as weird text, or the Casus Belli not appearing), let me know.

This mod is currently only for the English version of the game. If you play on another language, you will get the English version of the text. Sorry.

Now listen up whiners. These mods are made by people in their spare time without any payment. On top of it, they could just as well keep those for themselves, but instead share it with the community.

So the LEAST you could do is form full sentences and ask NICELY if they could find the time and energy to make an update.

That is basic human decency god damnit!

Hi, I have a question about the actual modding itself.
I'm trying to mod CKII so that I can declare war on one country for multiple claims at once, but I'm having trouble finding the actual code that specifies the requirements. How did you change the "Declare War" requirements, and where was the code?
If you could respond quickly, I'd really appreciate that.

You should add an option to only target one county. Or mabye just make it so that we can give ourselves a claim on several counties and just claim them all at once(Gives us a bit more control). And I think being able to claim an entire Duchy(Because some are huge) is a bit too much.
