Yeah it scales up the original resolution. It's not super pretty which is why I put the scanline animation over it to kind of give it a more retro feel. I doubt there's any mods out there that increase the resolution of city arts already as this is likely the only mod on the workshop that would actually benefit from such a thing. If someone ever does I'll be sure to link it here.
If anyone knows about mods to increase the quality of these city arts, I would be very grateful.
However, all of my mods are released under the
CC-Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license. Meaning anyone is allowed to take my work and re-release it with modifications/etc as long as you also release it under the same license. So if someone else wants to take over until my return, you have my blessing.
