Faster Gun Handling (1.5x)

Description
Henri went to the shooting range before the war and learned faster gun handling!

Animation speed is now 1.5x for pulling out / aiming / hiding / reloading all guns in the game (not throwables or other stuff, just guns).

it made my game kinda weird, I don't have it (but I did) but my game sometimes goes faster then slower but mainly faster.

Not bad.

Would be a good combo for some future maps/stories that involve more Fire Fights, more ammo, and this addon.
