RWoM recipes for Possessed Weapons

Adds recipes that allow you to craft weapons from Possessed Weapons with Rimworld of Magic.
Non-possessed weapons are crafted at the Arcane Forge, after researching Arcane Equipment.
Possessed Weapons are made at a magic circle through a ritual. The ritual requires a single mage, 100 magicyte, and the base weapon.
Note that the magic circle will always create weapons of normal quality.

This does not even patch anything, it just adds recipes, so it should be merciful on your loading time. However, this means the possessed weapons don't have RWoM enchantments or special mechanics, so give feedback if they turn out to be underpowered and suggest a RWoM-specific buff.
