Rahagra's Black Pride

Description
A re-texture of the High Elf RoR intended to give it a bit more character than just some hard-to-see stripes. I also tweaked a minor issue with the standard White Lions faction color mask and a few other minor texture issues.

IMPORTANT ZOOLOGICAL NOTE: There is no such thing as a melanistic lion.

@vxiong029 I'm no expert on melanin types and receptors, but I don't think it's biologically possible. Also no such thing as a melanistic human.

surely there's at least one example of a melanistic lion in all of history. There were rumors and stories of melanistic tigers in ancient and British India
