Description
Fed up of magic being the deciding factor of every battle, or vortex spells completely outclassing all others? Fed up of sieges being ruined by a mage with pit of shades? Here is the fix.

Nerfes all vortex spells substantially. 1/4 AP and 1/2 regular damage. Vortex spells are still viable in many situations even with the nerf.
