Description
This mod adds a new chaos shadow culture to the game the Outlaw culture if you couldn't guess its rogue bandite themed with a full unit roster and hero customization and all you'd expect from a culture mod.

some parts of the mod are still unfinished

if you want to help me make the mod better i need help with spells and culture lore and bio I also need culture icon art and culture tome art.

Special Improvement
Robber Camp counts as Mine
giving +7gold +7draft get +3gold +3production -2food per adjacent farms
Unit Deploymeant location

Special Culture mechanic
Infamy a special resource that can be used for a variety of different structures,spells and units
Infamy is obtain through variety actions like killing units amount based on unit tier,killing heros extra amount based based on level,Pillage and clearing out treasure sites

Infamy Structures
Mercenary Headquarter Prevents breaking off due to low stability and 1 rank for Polearm units
Thieves Guild +1knowledge +1gold per pop 3 rank for Scout i know it's amazing it's so dam good like holy mole it's so good basically op
Smugglers Haven 3+mana 3+food per Fishery.
thes structures cost resource upkeep outside of capital. you must build in capital first before thes are available in other citys and you can only have one.

Infamy Spells
Mercenary Patrols City Spell require Mercenary Headquarter
Spawns 2 Mercenarys when fighting inside the effected domain
Concealed Movement Army Spell require Smugglers Haven
Army get Universal Camouflage and fast movement for 2 turns
Supply Theft is a siege project not a spell require Thieves Guild
get 60 gold remove battlemeant and support Defense
note Infamy Spells do not cost any Casting points this is as intended


I know people have been asking for more units in this mod so if u want more units you should get my unit mod it have bult in compatibility with this mod.

I love this culture but I swear man, it seems like every single Free City that isn't spawned as the player's cultural Free City, is Outlaw culture.

@Zooasaurus This have been fixed it appeared that the version i have somehow reverted to an old version.

I think the new update breaks Primal Culture frontend screen again, it shows a sunderer on my custom leader screen

Hey just letting you know but tome units seem to have invisible heads with when playing Outlaw culture, was running a bunch of mods and disabled them all until I found it's literally just the Outlaw Culture not showing heads etc on the tome units correctly, hope u can fix this soon, been enjoying playing with this and your other mods <3

goes well with cloak & dagger tome mod.
both this and that mod together gives a complete "rogue" experience.
only a few minor graphical glitches where some units don't have the enchants on their weapons but hovering beside them. (especially for units with daggers and swords.)

It seems like, for whatever reason, this mod seems to be creating a copy of the Experienced Leader support skill, except it is a novice hero skill instead of an adept hero skill.

I can move this comment to bug reports if you would prefer for me to.

Sorry, I feel dumb. I hadn't played a society with the devious watchers trait, which is where the infiltrate mechanic comes from. I assumed your mod added it lol
