Theater of Dionysus

Adds the new Theater of Dionysus wonder for Civ 5. Unlocked at Drama and Poetry, the wonder provides +3 Culture, 3 points towards Great Writer Generation, 3 slots for Great Work of Writer and 3 Writer Specialists. Provides a free Writer's Guild in the city it was built. +1 Great Person points per turn towards a Great Writer every time a Writer spawns in the city.

Note that since it provides a stacking flat boost as opposed to the usual percentage-based boost, it isn't possible to actually see the addition in the game with the only way to do so is to use Community Patch mod in the top left Great Person progress tab.
