Sorry for late reply. I've had my hands tied up in other projects.
Whilst yes it is possible to make a mod that would add mashes which include all three mods, doing so is a bit of a compatibility nightmare, since it depends on so many other mods in order to function. In addition, there are a limited amount of new mashes that can even be added, as monsters from different mods aren't typically designed to work with one another. (This is an issue even with the patches that are currently up). So that's why a three-in-one pack is not currently available.
