Dagoth Ur Announcer Pack

Description
"Come Nerevar, Come, Moon-and-Star. Look upon the tiberium, See how it grows without restraint."

Changes the EVA announcer to Dagoth Ur from the Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. (Kind of surprised it had not happened yet!) As with the JC Denton voicepack, used Elevenlabs to create the voice lines.

Thanks to Jeff Baker for voicing one of the most iconic characters from one of the best RPGs of all time: Morrowind. And of course, thanks to Todd Howard and Bethesda for making another one of my favourite games of all time (that isn't C&C). Genuinely looking forward to Starfield for 16 times the planets!

Next up will either be the Barney mod, or a surprise Red Alert 1 mod. Depends on which I get to first. However, will be tending to another project before I get to another voice mod.
