Resolving the error of connecting the HOI 4 launcher to the Steam account

I believe that some of you may have a problem with the Launcher, which throws an error in connecting your Steam account to HOI4.

If none of the help from Technical Support helped you, I found an easy fix - add the file "dowser.exe", located in the main folder of the game, to the Steam library and launch the HOI4 launcher from Steam.



I had this error for 1-2 months, the tech support didn't help, even though I did everything they wrote, and the solution was so simple... :-)
