Description
adds a silly little line to opengl20.config that removes opacity form tsarbound!

This will NOT work if loaded through the steam workshop you NEED to put it into your mods folder!!!
move steamapps/workshop/content/211820/2970022134/contents.pak to your mods folder or download it from here instead[cdn.discordapp.com]
