Player HQ Personal Office Trophies

Trophies are rewarded for completing missions and plots so this guide contains spoilers for ALL plots and DLCs. This guide aims to list all available Player HQ personal office trophies/trinkets and how to get them. I started taking notes after getting some trophies so please let me know if there is a mistake somewhere.

Note about researcher, artist and producer

You can find them following yellow "Person of Interest" marks in your galaxy map. They may not give you delivery missions at first but after a while they will.

If trophy is bugged and failed to spawn

If you met all prerequisites for the trophy to spawn but it bugged out, you can add it by editing your savegame. BACKUP YOUR SAVES BEFORE DOING ANY EDITING

Important: Your save game will be marked as modded. I don't know a workaround of this.

I will use the example of missing Boron throne that looks like ship steering wheel.

1. Find your saves; C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Egosoft\X4\<ID>\save
   
2. Backup your saves
   
3. Unarchive the savegame gz archive with archiving tool, I use 7zip
   
4. Open the XML file using Notepad++ or any other coding tool. Note: the raw savegame file may be up to several GBs in size depending on how big your saved gameworld is, so simple tools like Notepad (NOT ++) may crash.
   
5. Search for

   value="trophy"

   and you should find the location where all trophies are stored
   
6. Add the following:

7. Save the XML file and use 7zip to archive it to gzip
   
8. Load the game. Your trophy should be among the rest.

That's a shame that the medal may be bugged in some cases. it used to be hidden by the khaak hive but after the recent patch it got placed in the front. my game is missing baron throne model.

trophy_story_boron_throne is the correct tag for the boron throne model

Does anyone know the trophy_story tag for the boron throne model? I've found where the trophies are listed in the save file, just don't know the tag to edit it in as it bugged out and didn't spawn :(

Hi RiverChildYK, thank you for your input! There was quite some guesswork involved, if you could confirm all trophies meanings and conditions to get them, I would appreciate it.
Strange thing about medal, I think it's location is bugged, it's almost covered by the hive. But you also say it's for completing Terran cover missions. But logo on the medal is Argon...

Hey Cheshire Cat, thank you for the work you put in making this list. I was digging around in the game files and found all the trophies and their info. Your list is missing only 2, which I have added below. I did notice that some trophies fail to spawn after meeting the correct requirements, so I might make a guide for adding trophies to a game save. If you want I could also confirm the conditions for others to be gained if you have any that you are unsure about.

Thanks for sharing Timelines trophy! And you are absolutely right, it's PAG from Ocean of Fantasy terraforming mission. Don't know how I missed it because it looks like all terraforming missions give office trophies. I never use welfare modules in my stations lol. Thanks!

I am quite certain that the trophy shared by fade7777 is granted from completing the 'Ocean of Fantasy' terraforming mission. the model is of the Boron "Pheromone Art Gallery" station module.
