If the quick study gene affects global learning factor, it will affect it

As far as I can tell @Chaosstripe, this mod still works in 1.5, it just has a warning since it was made for a previous version.

Can you add more growth tiers too? Maxing out at level 8 halfway through the growth phase makes it feel like the extra learning is wasted
