Filtered Cargo Bay Fixed

Description
This is a fix for the Filtered Cargo Bay mod by evan:

This mod adds a filter to the cargo bay's (solid, liquid and gas) menu that allows you to filter what will be brought back by missions.

Issues
Please do not mark anything if you haven't discovered the resource you want yet, otherwise it'll not be brought along.

Compatiblity
There's currently no known issues with other mods.

Special thanks to evan for allowing me to take over and fix the mod.

It didn't seem to me like this one can be made compatible with "Spaced Out!", sorry.
I'll give it another look some time, but I can't promise it'll lead to something.
