Description
Now with the long-postponed update containing loads of features from a released beta build!

A rogue AI that escaped the hands of its creators, DSTech now offers a wide range of the most hi-tech weaponry to date. This mod is NOT for those who like balance; in fact, it's the exact opposite of that. If you are looking for a balanced mod, you'll find much more balance with AAL than with this... and AAL is also widely considered overpowered.
(unless you use slayers you *****)

The full story of DSTech can be found at the forum post. There isn't any descriptions of the actual mod content however.

FEATURES:
-Loads of cool overpowered weapons
-Crab turrets also equipped with overpowered weapons
-Awesome-looking bunker parts made of metal
-Stationary turrets
-Unmapped Lands 2 and Void Wanderers support
-Metagame support
-Enabled a couple of hidden weapons like Line Rockets so you don't have to enable them yourself ;-)
-Dual wieldable heavy weapons!?
-A huge chainsaw!

NEW UPDATE FEATURES:
-Lots more cool weapons!
-A few weapons that have extra modes; check the Pie Menu!
-A brain unit with activatable gun pods (check the Pie Menu!)
-More crafts, including a scavenger-class UFO!
-A new set of robot actors!
-All of the old stuff that wasn't made obsolete!
-All of the old stuff that WAS obsoleted, but disabled!
-The old loadouts and faction files for the legacy stuff! (disabled; there are new files in place now)
-Even more OP!

HOW TO USE THIS MOD IN UL2/VW:
1. Go into unmappedlands2.rte or voidwanderers.rte
2. Go into the Factions folder and open Factions.cfg
3. Add the line "DSTech.rte" to the list (no quotes)
4. Done!

If anyone has any suggestions regarding the UL2/VW faction file such as changing research costs or passive bonuses, let me know.

Link should work now, I had to manually fix the redirect link and link to the Steam redirect instead. Definitely one of the more cursed link fixes I've done.

Oh! Apparently the link is just broken. When you click on it it turns "&" into "&". If you fix that then the page loads fine.
I'll see if I can fix that.

Then it is an issue with Steam Workshop (or how CC handles Workshop support), not this mod. I booted up the game with two dozen mods installed today with no issues.

What I mean is that dosen't appear to load at all by cortex command for some reason
