添加了可招募可交换
可以为商队（车队）招募部队，可以与商队（车队）交换部队

只能为添加mod后新招募的商队队长生效，已雇佣商队（已雇佣队长）无法生效

！！注：bug注意，所有原本生产在商队（车队）里兵即使交换到正常队伍中也不占用容量，如果为商队招募了需要容量的兵种也会占用容量，这个问题我无法解决，实在抱歉。
