What does this mod do?

makes scp 096 have an scp 087-b themed skin, basically scp 096 but makes sense to not look at him in the fase

Inspiration?

literally no one was making these kinds of mods, this is one of my favorite scp cb mods of all time, so i took the opportunity to make this a thing.
