Drop The Salt

Makes the desalinator drop salt when it is full, or more specifically calls Desalinator.OnEmptyComplete if Desalinator.StateInstance.IsFull and always returns false instead. This saves a bit of dupe labor (no chore is created,) and also lets the machine be emptied by a sweeper (targeting ground at the usual drop spot for dupe operated desalinator.)
