[GS] Kekeya's Sea Knight Leader Pack - [AzurLane]

The characters come from the Cleveland class light cruisers in the game "AzurLane". They are legendary light cruisers that USS has made outstanding contributions to the anti fascist war in reality, and none of the Cleveland class light cruisers have sunk in battle. Part of the art materials come from the Blue Maritime Bureau, Mengniangke, and Pixiv.



This mod requires an ever-changing expansion pack and a Kekeya's Cleveland class Civilization Pack can only be run. The balance is based on the values in the ever-changing expansion film.

The Sea Knight Leader pack includes three new leaders: Birmingham (Sea Knight), Montpellier (Sea Knight), and Cleveland (Sea Knight).

The unique ability of Birmingham (Sea Knight) is "Guardian of Struggle". Combat units can use their own mobility to escort civilians or support units, and gain combat strength and movement bonuses when they are in the same grid as civilians or support units. Staying land units in the city center will provide livability and additional area construction movement for the city. Special Unit Unique Bonus: The first non fatal damage received during an immune turn.



The unique ability of Montpellier (Sea Knight) is "The Legend of Solomon". After the construction of the municipal square, the effectiveness of the economic policy cards in effect in the political system will be doubled (excluding the effect of unit capacity). Unique bonus for special units: Automatically restores health every turn, with more health restored.Ps：By testing result,official policy card can be correctly doubled.But policy card in mods is no guarantee that it can be doubled.



The unique ability of Cleveland (Sea Knight) is "Big Sister's Command". After taking office, the governor provides bonuses equivalent to that of a general or naval commander for the 8 cell combat units centered around the city where they are located. Cities with entertainment areas can build an additional area. Unique bonus for special units: increases combat strength for friendly units within the 2nd ring.
