Description
This is a variation of my "Fixed" surface types" submission in Workshop ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2956923051 )

It includes the original submission, adds new 2 new surfaces types: "carpet" and "snow", and changes the sound of "rubber.stepleft" and "stepright", and "plastic_box.StepLeft" and "Stepright".

"carpet" is a surface type used in Mann Manor. It has "dirt" as base and, thus, sounds like dirt.

"snow" is a surface type in surfaceproperties_tf.txt vastly used in the game (e.g. Viaduct). Again, it has "dirt" as base and sounds like dirt.

Carpet, rubber, snow and plastic now uses footstep sounds from CS:GO added in the 11/10/15 update: https://blog.counter-strike.net/index.php/2015/11/13087/

Note about snow: I know there are snow footsteps in the game, which are unused. However, I think I understand why they weren't used. It's because they are too quiet.
Instead, I used the footstep sounds from CS:GO, which are more noticeable.

The volume of "Plastic_Box.StepLeft" and "right" in game_sounds_physics.txt was changed to 0.2.
