Description
Restores & updates the original Quickbar Mini

installationer:
requires at least one of the following mods:
- Stardust Core Lite (or Stardust Core) (recommended)
- Quickbar Mini (can't open metaGUI windows)
- Community Framework (can't open metaGUI windows unless StardustCore is also installed)

the featureful:
- it';s The original quickbar! The good one!
- Toggleable compact mode
- Supports metaGUI panes (if StardustCore is installed)
- Updated conditions
- Icons can be hidden
- Can be opened with a keybind if you have StarExtensions or OpenStarbound installed

this is kinda like a fork of Silverfeelin's 'Quickbar Mini'
which is also kindve a fork of an old version of zetaPRIME's StardustLib
so like, credit to them i think :3

also shoutout to starpounds fans because they're basically the main reason this mod exists lol

Now that Classic Quickbar and Compact Quickbar are merged, it's better than ever, thank you patman, doing the lord's work for this commuinity.
