Instructions

Power and Propulsion Systems Operation (To Start):
  1. Go to Engine Control Room at the forward part of the lower deck.
  2. Start Generator 1 & 2 on right handside of the panel as required and open breakers on Electrical panel to power all systems
  3. On the Left side of the Engine Control room, there are 3 monitors. Left and right are for the diesel propulsion plant, once valves and pumps are on for each, leave throttle full forward and hold starter for 5-7 seconds to begin power generation for main engines. Operate Telegraph from Engine Room or Bridge to move.
  4. AT SEA ONLY, The central monitor of the 3 is for the gas turbine, wait until it rises to 0.5 and begins to start. Then move the throttle forward followed by the clutch for full sea speed.
  5. For Entering/Leaving port, typically transfer control of the telegraph to the bridge and switch off the gas turbine in the Engine Control Room. This will allow the vessel to be stopped and go astern if necessary.

Navigation Systems Operation:
  1. Manual helm steering can be completed from the bridge.
  2. The 5x3 monitor in the Combat Control Room can be used for autopilot, which can be engaged/disengaged from both the bridge and control room.
  3. For Radar/Sonar/Lidar operation, this is all simple and can be operated in the combat control room.

Weapons Systems Operation:
  1. Missiles/Main Gun and the noisemakers/chaffs are controlled from the CIC. There are 2 manual 50. caliber and do larger caliber turrets on deck stations on the top deck which can be controlled only locally from the handle.
  2. Missiles - Sit in the seat, ensuring the target is within 30 degrees relative port and starboard (in a 60 degree cone from the bow). Arm the missiles and then push the toggle button to fire. There are 16 missiles, that are fired in sequence using above procedure.

Emergency Systems Operation:
  1. Watertight Doors - Controlled from CIC, lower black panel
  2. Fire Fighting and Suppression - Main Pump and Sprinklers can be controlled from CIC, Engine Control room or aft damage control room
  3. Bilge Pumps - Controlled from CIC or Engine Control Room
  4. Emergency Gen - Controlled from weather deck, midships
  5. Fuel Cut-off - Controlled from aft damage control room

its not that i couldnt get out in under 10 it was that the ship bugged out and the winch wouldnt work properly and wouldnt let me unhinged the winch when in the water, also it has a slow process of reaching out over the water and limited to a very short distance from the ship to water to reach it makes the small boats hit the side of the ship for me,

If you couldn't evacuate the ship within 10 minutes, you're doing something wrong. The boats on either side first need to have the forward and aft tethering lines removed and then you can swing out the davit and release...

That being said, I'll go take a look. Maybe they have done something to fix the gas pressure.

Well the ship does sink, and it sinks pretty fast too, i grounded on a rock yesterday along with being hit by a kracken and it sunk withing 10 minutes, when this was happening i was attempting to unload the boat on the side to evacuate it wouldn't release from the winch and got dragged down by the ship sinking.. issue is that it sinks way to fast even with small damage done to the ship and also the winch not releseing when in the water

Fix what exactly? I haven't been on in forever because the pressure and gas update means no matter how much damage you take, it ain't sinking.

Isolate the compartment, start the pumps and get a repair team in. As a preventative measure, hit them first.
