Create Spear Recipes

Build 42: I will not be updating this mod when Build 42 comes out. Should anyone wish to do so, please feel free to copy the code and upload your own version to the workshop.

Removes the vanilla Create Spear recipe and replaces it with 6 recipes (one for each knife type:- Kitchen Knife, Hunting Knife, Stone Knife, Meat Cleaver, Machete & Chipped Stone).

This allows you to control which knife your character will use, so he won't use that Machete unless you tell him to. :D

NOTE: as the vanilla Create Spear recipe no longer exists, you will not be able to create spears using knives from mods without an extra mod to allow it. I have included add-ons for:
- Hydrocraft
- Scrap Weapons
- Bushcraft Gear - Tools
If you want any other mods to be supported please let me know in the comments and I'll see what I can do (no promises).

Mod can be added or removed at any time. Only tested in single player but it should work in multiplayer as well.
