Description
Widescreen Menu Patch.

Eliminates stretching on all menus and loading screens for 16:9 monitors. World loading screens are remastered with DX11 renderer only. The annoying blur at the end of the progress bar is also fixed.

Figure it out.. You have to move this to the top of the mod load order.
