Horde Magistrate —— Shea的经略使游牧（25.02.12已更新updated，扎营修复）

经略使我个人觉得是个相当边缘化的领主，没什么存在感，和群友讨论之后，决定给他加强了亿些。让他更符合作为震旦境内的行省管理者、战场指挥家的角色定位。

1、赋予经略使游牧属性，效果类似陆地黑色方舟，并提供数个军队支援技能，为范围内的友军提供招募支持。没有对其本身数据改动，但是强化了经略使的战局辅助功效；
2、游牧主城提供了骑兵召唤法术；
3、两个辅助建筑分别提供战场中的弹药补给，以及一项轰击技能；
4、AI也可享受这些效果，所以喵影和镔镔的开局第一战难度略有提升。

1、如果改的过于强力了，就将经略使设置为震旦各派系高等级主城的限招单位；
2、根据使用反馈，调整各技能数值的平衡性。

由于这是一个修改原有角色的mod，为了不炸各位的存档，推荐用新档来尝试

为什么还不更新：我认为CA的mod管理器只是单纯检测游戏更新后，mod有没有更新。所以，很多mod都是不受更新影响，可以继续使用的。无视那个警告就行，或者使用另一个mod管理器。

I think the Magistrate is a non-functional Lord, so I strengthen him so that he can better conform to his role as the governor of the province and commander of the battlefield of Cathay.

1. Make Magistrate a horde-character, similar to the land Black Ark, provide several new army support skills, and provide recruitment support for friendly forces in the range. This mod does not change his own data.
2.AI can also enjoy these changes, so Miao Ying and Zhao Ming's first battle is slightly more difficult.

If the Magistrate is too strong, set the recruitment condition of the Magistrate to be a limited recruitment lord of Cathay's high-level settlement

Since this is an overhaul mod, the new save is recommended

Why it hasn’t been updated yet: I think CA’s mod manager simply detects whether the mod has been updated after the game is updated. Therefore, many mods are not affected by the update and can continue to be used. Just ignore the warning or use another mod manager.
