Description
Now the ranged cooldown time is related to Shooting Skill and Manipulation.
You can adjust their weight in mod settings.

Require Harmony.
Compatible with mods that make skills higher than 20. (Will be regarded as lv20)

If you are looking for melee version, check Melee Weapons: Speed and Damage .
If you are looking for warm up version, check [Ry]Draw a bead.
If you are looking for quality version, check Quality Cooldown .

Update 6/22/23:
Rewrite it in C#.
Add mod settings.
Make it compatible with mods that make skills higher than 20.
Remove dependency on Biotech DLC.

是的,因为太难把这个参数放在生物dlc里了,为了让没有dlc的人也能用就没有修改那个冷却数据

我在小人的信息面板上没有看到这个mod对动态冷却的影响文本,但是仍有效果,是这样吗?

试了一下,默认数据其实不算太过超纲,20级大概就减了50%左右,如果没打madskill 估计也就一两个小人可以做到。但是因为用远程武器近战的时候少了一个瞄准的步骤,降低冷却时间却导致近战速度暴增,dps轻松达到200以上,假如用的是冷却低的传奇级手枪可以达到dps500,同时假如还装了双持mod那么冷却时间就可以以左脚踩右脚的方式达到0.05秒并且dps上千。

这什么概念呢,void 机械族这种不必多提,hellsing的真吸血鬼碰到边缘核能的核弹下去吭都不吭一声,全图核弹也就8-900%流血,几秒就能回满,单人和闪耀的机械队对射不弱下风甚至不用复活,就是这样的真祖吸血鬼被双持传奇手枪小人以每秒百拳的攻击打个2分钟5条命全没最后连大道都被粉碎了23333

我只想说泰南你的数据计算方式可以再搞笑一点

It not a 'Compatibility issue', and I'd rather call it a 'feature'.
The 'cooldown time' of guns will be applied to both ranged and melee attack, and it's how the game work. And the melee attacks don't have warmup, so...
To solve the 'feature', you can decrease the related factor, because ranged cooldown at 0.1s is kind of ... unbalanced, and is not considered when the mod is developed.

And [Ry]Draw a bead' and 'Quality Cooldown is XML mods, so theoretically, they will work forever.

And to inform others who are looking for this mod: '[Ry]Draw a bead' and 'Quality Cooldown' do not currently have version 1.5. While you might see errors related to the version when applying the mod, it should work correctly. However, since the modders(Draw a bead & Quality Cooldown) are no longer updating their mods, it seems they might not be usable in the future.

'Dynamic Cooldown' has compatibility issues with 'Melee Weapons: Speed and Damage' (MWSD). When using 'Dynamic Cooldown' with a high cooldown reduction option per shooting level and MWSD mod together, problems arise. For example, when a character has Shooting 20 and Melee 5, checking the melee attack power with a ranged weapon equipped shows a cooldown below 0.1 seconds. However, if the character switches to unarmed or melee weapons, MWSD's settings apply correctly, resulting in a significant DPS drop. The character can frantically bash an enemy's head with the butt of a gun every 0.1 seconds but shows ordinary melee skill 5 attack power with bare hands or a knife. In my example, the DPS drops drastically from around 80 to 10, a significant decrease of 70. Additionally, this creates a humorous situation where beating someone with a gun is much stronger than shooting it.

拳头攻速不对大概率是 Melee Weapons: Speed and Damage 的问题
