Cirque du Goat: A Root Fan-Faction

Description
An insurgent faction that uses its 10 warriors to perform to the Woodlands, giving out victory points to factions in the audience. Each of their warriors count twice toward rule, and factions in the clearings they rule can perform actions as if they themselves ruled. It has taken over 150 playtests to get them where they are now. This mod includes all of the components you'll need to play the faction and includes hirelings for the faction as well: Payaso Pyramid and Trapezist Kids!
