Benchmarking Tool for CPU & GPU

Description
About
Are you looking for a tool to benchmark your CPU and GPU? Are you looking to measure your simulation speed of the game, and your frame rate? Well this is the tool for you!

This is a zero dependency tool that allows you to benchmark your FPS and simulation TPS. This tool tracks your average FPS, 1% low FPS, average simulation TPS, 1% low simulation TPS, and .1% low simulation TPS. For reference at 1x speed, the game runs at 60 TPS. The target for most PCs should be to hit at least 60 TPS as that is the 1x speed the game runs at. The FPS of the game does not matter as much as the simulation TPS. There is also a reset button if you feel like the results are inaccurate and need a refreshing. Please allow the benchmarking tool to warm up before recording your numbers. This lets you get the most accurate results for your PC.

Important Notes
If you have closed the menu for the tool, use CTRL + P to open it back up again.

This tool has CPU overhead, so if you are not benchmarking, please disable this mod to save on performance!

I tested it, and it seems compatible and offers what it says in the description. As of now, I see no reason to include it in the Financial District compatible modlist. , so I placed it in the Compatible mods skipped.

I hope this mod will get status in the Compatibility Report mod, soon.

Ticks Per Second. It's what we use to measure the speed of the simulation. FRAMES per second is what we use to measure frame rate that the game renders at. Simulation speed and frame rate are asynchronous from each other.

Ticks per second.

Seems like a very simple question: what is TPS? Tries per second? Thinks per second? Trouble per second?
