The problem with the bumpers is solved, Tsarlib is needed for the mod to work

Civic spawns with no front and rear bumpers, and checking via mechanics show them as IGUI_VehiclePartFBumper/IGUI_VehiclePartRBumper. I cannot seem to find ways to repair or create parts for the civic as well
