The problem with the bumpers is solved, Tsarlib is needed for the mod to work

The mod is broken, the car is without front bumpers, among other parts as well

Civic spawns with no front and rear bumpers, and checking via mechanics show them as IGUI_VehiclePartFBumper/IGUI_VehiclePartRBumper. I cannot seem to find ways to repair or create parts for the civic as well

front and rear bumpers are broken? they never spawn with front and rear bumpers, all i see is the bumper guards. unless this conflicts with one of my mods
