Moulay Ismail Ibn Sharif, as an alternate leader to Ahmad al-Mansur (Gedemo's Morocco).

Leader Trait:

Bilad al-makhzen: Your Capital City has no Population requirements for building Districts and get +20% Growth, +2 Faith, +2 Housing and +2 Amenities. If inTrade Route range of your Capital, the cities adjacent to a Desert tile that you found or conquer are connected to it by a road.

Moulay Ismail Ibn Sharif can build the Black Guard Unique Unit (replaces the Courser).

Agenda:

The Warrior King: Tries to include as much territory as possible in their empire. Does not like civilizations who control little territory.

The capital is Fez. Fez City-State is replaced by Mogador.
