Adds upgradable hearing aids.

Do you constantly take Hard of Hearing for the stat points and are tired of not getting to enjoy the game's immersive sound design? Wish there was a way to progress out of this negative trait? Try this mod.

There are four upgradable variants of hearing aids:

1. Broken - The most common and spawn in desks and zombies. It doesn't do anything until you fix it with 2 electrical skill.
   
2. Normal - Cures Hard of Hearing and "downgrades" Deaf to Hard of Hearing. Spawns like the Broken variant but is more rare.
   
3. Efficient - Created from the Normal variant with 4 electrical skill. Works like the Normal variant but the battery lasts longer.
   
4. Boosted - Created from the Efficient variant and requires 8 electrical skill and some components. Cures Deafness and gives you Keen hearing if you're Hard of Hearing or have normal hearing.
