Lore of Vampires for Luthor Harkon

This mod gives Luthor Harkon the access to the Lore of Vampires, enables him to overcast the spells from the Lore of the Deep and gives him: Evasion, Earthing, Magical Reserves and Greater Arcane Conduit when he gains the Trait: United Mind.

Note: In the Previous version Luthor Harkon had Arcane Conduit unlocked when he gained united mind, not he instead has Greater Arcane Conduit Unlocked.
