Plant and Breed Mod

---- Introduction ----
This mod allows Builders to plant and breed resources using specific 'seeds'.
Here is how to acquire 'seeds':
1. Automatically accumulate from improved resources.
2. Share with alliance or vassal city-state if they owned.
3. Finish Projects unlocked by buildings in Agriculture Zone.

也让放置区域更为省心。
痛点:
“开始改良”应该要显示一下回合数。
基础耗时太长了,因为你得找一个可以种植资源的地方,然后不能被野蛮人劫掠。

Because in almost every AI city captured ​​there is a AZ, taking away a sometimes much-needed territory cell. Moreover, it is impossible to remove it even with the use of mods (at least with the help of Removable Districts). And the second point. Is it possible to somehow remove currently unavailable projects from the list (instead of deactivating them). And ideally, sort them alphabetically (or at least by resource type).
