So... the 1.5 version has made the handrails, wall boards, and corner fences passable. Like fences. And for me, this caused my designs to make pawns cross over the fences instead of walking a bit more to take the stairs.
So, I made a patch to make them impassable again. You're welcome.

@river You shouldn't remove mods in the first place, but if you do, make sure to remove all the buildings associated with the mod before uninstalling it
