As soon as a shell impacts a tank in an instant the data of that shell impacting is sent out to the gaijin supercomputer in a secure siberian test lab.

the supercomputer then establishes a connection to any and all deities worshipped by humanity asking them if you are worthy of the overpressure.

if less than 60% of the deities deem you worthy the HE shell will simply explode only leaving a mark on the enemy tank about to penetrate your front plate.

Altough if the opposite happens and you are deemed worthy the enemy crew is raptured and the enemy tank is destroyed.
