Vlad can transform into custom dragon

Description
Vlad can now transform into a custom dragon (modified version of the storm dragon).


Gets two new spells while transformed, one breath attack and one bombardement type attack and can still use vampire lore and such.


Small update to automatically give this ability at level 22. Now comes with a small skill tree to gain eye of the storm and some attack and speed buff while in dragon form. (screenshots)

UPADTED TO WORK WITH VERSION 4.0.3.0

Major thanks to Sturmageddon for his Celestial Awakening mod which is awesome and a big inspiration for this mod.

ello, i apologize for request but; could you make a balthasar gelt version of this mod? one where he could transfrom into a dragon? my thanks for reading my request and possibly consiodering it.

If anyone is curious, the mod still works even tho is says it is outdated. I have had no crashes with it in both field and siege battles
