[SHOES:ITEM_SHOES_SOCKS:COMMON]
In order for an item to always be crafted, it would need to be FORCED
They really, *really* like masks.
In one playthrough I just kept forbidding/destroying them and making sure none were made. In another, I did edit the file that manages this stuff, but it would probably be easier to just show you how than to create a similar mod without masks.
from the entity_default.txt:
[HELM:ITEM_HELM_CAP:COMMON]
[PANTS:ITEM_PANTS_PANTS:COMMON]
This mod makes the items I listed with the trait "FORCED" which guarantees an item can be crafted by your dwarves.
Enjoy the desert! I originally made this for a fort of jungle dwarves.
