Description
调整了MOD单位的面板属性以适应SFO对单位进行的调整

没有进行任何实际测试，只是单纯将单位的攻防与血量调整到了与SFO相近的水平

Only 2 units which are recruited in the main setllement tier 5 building are avaliable in the campaign with SFO.
