Gryffindor Fireplace made as Wallpaper in 4K

Taken from Hogwarts Legacys official Gryffindor Fireplace video on youtube and made it to a wallpaper together with the music and sparkling fire sound to get that cozy feeling for your desktop. You want to show which house you're going to represent before release? Well, then this is for you!

Its made from the beginning in 4K so i did no upscale or enhancing for this time since i did not see any need for that.

It is rendered in HEVC 265 which also makes it a lower size but still keeping the quality, problems may occur with older gen graphicscard which can have trouble decoding H265, please tell.

*Music and fire sound can be disabled or lowered in settings for the wallpaper

*Countdown can also be disabled in settings for the wallpaper

Yes, as soon as i push out an update (latest for with the new time for countdown) it will update your clients with a request to download the latest workshop update for the wallpaper

I understand that I am the only one with the problem and it doesn't make sense, I was just intresting if it is really just because of the .pkg.

Why the problem to upload just .mp4 I do not understand, here downloaded the wallpaper for example, there are only 3 files in the folder, .jpg for a preview, .json for some customizations and .mp4 video, no .pkg at all.

cause even if i were to make it into a .mp4 file only in wallpaper engine, something is still wrong in your system somehow if it has problems playing the .pkg file which works for everyone else but just not for you.

What im saying is it can't be just because its a .pkg since its working for me and as far as i know, everyone else. Then its something on your system, problem with codec or something else that isn't behaving correctly in your system.

I can't upload it as a simple mp4. Wallpapers is making it to a .pkg on its own when making it workshop. I mean everyone else seems atm working fine for with this wallpaper so it makes no sense not to work for you since all is compatible in your system. The gryffindor test file for x264 is in the exact same type of file

I see some wallpapers, and there people upload just .mp4 and it does not encode in .pkg, do the same for the test please.

If just an .mp4 file in the h.265 codec will work, then the problem is when it is encoded in .pkg.

Apparently, the translator translated incorrectly. I mean, you just upload an .mp4 file in h.265 codec. And so that the wallpaper engine does not covert to .pkg.

If its just a .mp4 file then something is wrong in your end. I've tested this and its all packaged down in a scene.pkg which is 173mb.

Also, as i said, the "test gryffindor x264" is the exact same made as this one but with x264 instead of h265. Unsubscribe from this wallpaper then delete everything if there is a folder left of this wallpaper then subscribe again. Also test the others. Im looking right now at it and its all in a scene.pkg file.

I didn't have anything marked there in the first place.

And about the video file, I mean if I open the folder where the wallpaper is, there is just a video file format .mp4, not converted to wallpaper engine .pkg format, for some reason then I'm sure it will play fine.
