Compatibility Patch: Semi Horde for Exiles of Khorne + Trajann's Khorne Mods Compilation

A simple compatibility patch.
Trajann's units should now be fully accessible via the horde system.

NOTE:
I removed the requirement for "Semi Horde for Exiles of Khorne" so that the "Missing Required Mods!" text in the
WH3 Mod Manager doesn't occur when using my "Semi Horde for Exiles of Khorne + X Lord" mods.

THIS MOD STILL REQUIRES "Semi Horde for Exiles of Khorne" IF
YOU DO NOT USE ANY OF MY MODS THAT GIVE EXTRA LORDS THE HORDE MECHANIC.


Known issues:

- For some reason Chaos Spawns are recruitable via the highest tier bloodletter building as well as the highest tier dog building. (doesn't cause any issues so it's not much of an issue, but thought I'd mention that it's there)


(my "Chaos Furies Fix" is already included in this mod)


No changes were made to the placement of the units, so every unit should be where you'd normally find it in a settlement.

Same compatibility as the parent mods.

Adding this to an existing campaign should be fine.
