Lock down the bowling ball because it can still be dropped onto the hamster motor. Also, reconfigure the teeter totter that can detonate the remote bomb once you move the pipe above it lower (because of the bowling ball). It is possible, but only slightly, to get the bowling ball wedged between there:

You can still just drop the bowling ball on a teeter totter and tie the rope to the remote bomb plunger and win instantly.
