New animated portraits
Since Toxoid Species Pack release I always wanted to make something in that stylistic with old human potraits (I still prefer them over the new one). So here it is.
There is also a new in-game mechanic, where the type of clothes the leaders wear will depend on special conditions. By default they wear the clothes stylistically close to German Empire, but they may also wear the closes, stylistically more close to GDR, if certain conditions are met.
New name lists
This portait pack also come with two different namelists, a Germanian namelist, which is based on Imperial Germany with a little bit of Russian, Romanian and Japaneese names mixed in, and Heimatan namelist, which inspired by GDR and a little bit of "Signalis", with Russian, Polish and Chineese names mixed in.
Randomly generated empires
Randomly generated sour guys with stylish uniform and spooky gasmasks will appear in your galaxy.
Prescripted Empires

1. Stygian Kaiserreich - a militaristic empire that built on remnants of their planet ruined by ancient civil war. After they devastated their homeworld, Stygians decided "Why bother?" and since then they don't respect ecosystem of other planets much, slowly turning them through ruthless expluatation into ruined hellholes, much like their homeworld - Stygia. This is an aristocratic monarchy backed by relentless industrialists and noble houses.
   
2. Democratic Republic of Heimat - a egalitarian but militaristic republic, built on principes of freedom, which is guaranteed by ever vigilant police forces and meritocratic principes. This state came into being after the population of tundra world of Heimat was wronged by MSI, and now they will fight back for their freedom.
