Nuclear Artillery

Description
UPDATED TO THE LATEST VERSION

Now WARNO has nukes.

Simple mod that adds nuclear variants of M110A2 and 2S7M Malka. And now with proper nuclear blasts. They are available in all divisions. The explosion radius is around 1500m and suppression damage is dealt in around 3000m radius.

I didn't tested it neither with bots nor with real players, so if you have any suggestions about balance or if you encounter a bug, feel free to get in touch.

@jusepe131 you can't use it in army general and AI should be able to use it but well I think because of the high cost might it might choose not to.
