Historical political german advisors

Figured i should make this because there is literally no other guide whatsoever for this

Introduction

This guide was created because i was unable to find anywhere else where you could format your political cabinet to resemble how it actually was irl.

This will provide a simple list on how to create your cabinet, nothing crazy

if i mess something up, please tell me in the comments. ty!

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DOWNLOAD THIS MOD IF YOU WANT TO FULLY USE ALL OF THE HISTORICAL ADVISORS, YOU CAN DO VANILLA BUT YOU'LL HAVE TO PICK AND CHOOSE

Choosing Advisors

(this list is ordered chronologically)
(some of the information could be incorrect)

Chief of Air:

Hermann Goering (Ground Support)


Political Advisors:

Joseph Goebbels (Fascist Demagogue, Propaganda Master)

Rudolf Hess (Replace with Martin Bormann post-Flight, First Among Equals)


Political Advisors:

Hjalmar Schacht (Replace with Walther Funk post-Sudetenland, Captain of Industry)

J. von Ribbentrop (Backroom Backstabber)


Chief of Navy:

Erich Raeder (Decisive Battle)

OR

Military High Command:

Werner von Fritsch (Army Logistics Expert)

(They were recruited on the same day, you can choose one or the other to recruit first, and then recruit the other when you can)


(The army gets confusing, as there are two branches of the military, the OKH and the OKW. This can change the Chief of Army, so several options are available)

using Commanders in Chief of the Army:

W. von Brauchitsch (Army Maneuver Expert)

using Chief of OKH general Staff:

Ludwig Beck (Army Organization Expert, recruit BEFORE Erich Raeder & Werner von Fritsch)

using Chief of the OKW:

Wilhelm Keitel (Army Drill Expert)


Political Advisor:

Fritz Todt (Fortifications Engineer)


Military Theorist:

Heinz Guderian (Blitzkrieg theorist)

Political Advisor:

Heinrich Himmler (Prince of Terror)

Military High Command:

Kurt Student (Airborne Assault Expert)

(Fill empty spots with whatever you want)

Historical Replacements

(Replacements to do to keep historical)

If Chief of Army is Beck, replace him with Franz Halder September 1938, Then Wilhelm Keitel May 1945

Chief of army doesnt change if you went any other way


In February 1942, replace Todt with Albert Speer

In February 1943, replace Raeder with Karl Donitz

Remove Fritsch in 1938, as he was falsley accused of being homosexual and removed from power (you are not allowed to recruit him after his removal)

(these dates are rounded up or down, as you most likely wont be able to do it on the exact day they did it)
