Star Citizen Aegis Hammerhead

Aegis Hammerhead - Star Citizen gunship

My replication of the Aegis dynamics Hammerhead ship in Star Citizen.
Unfortunately I was not able to build the 2nd floor thats in the ship in Star Citizen due to space reasons, but I got it pretty close to the original ship I think excluding that fact.

Have fun exploring the ship and using it!

Warnings and important info

  • This ship is based on an existing design in the game "Star Citizen" and is in no way my own.
  • There are many subgrids.
  • The ship requires 1 script to run as intended.
  • Because the ship was designed as a small grid, it has a very high block count and so the PCU is high too.
  • Experimental mode might be needed to run to disable limits etc.
  • The ship unfortunately requires mods to run as intended.
  • Intended for creative/roleplay
  • Set thruster damage to off and subgrid damage as well, or you'll have holes in the hull.



Specifications

  • Contains many subgrids.
  • 75k blocks.
  • 119k PCU.
  • 2 872 tons .
  • Built to fly in space and has atmo capability with 1g gravity.
  • 1 pilot, 1 copilot, 6 gunners + extra crew if needed.



Features

  • 6 Turrets containing the S3 and S2 laser repeaters.
  • 2 crew lifts, one on either side near the bridge.
  • 1 cargo lift towards the rear.
  • 2 engineering rooms.
  • Captains quarters and bathroom.
  • Crew quarters and bathrooms.



Controls

Facing the control seats, the right side is the pilot seat. The controls in order are...
  1. Front Landing Gear
  2. Rear Landing Gear
  3. Left crew lift
  4. Right crew lift
  5. Cargo/loading elevator




Scripts, mods

As this ship is massive in terms of a small grid, and weights so much, mods were needed to get the ship to fly and manoeuvre adequately. However not all the mods are for movement, but some are for purely decorative purposes.
