Map Reroll (1.4/1.5)

Description
If you want to support me click here:
[ko-fi.com]

This mod allows you to quickly randomize your starting map and steam vents locations. Your starting scenario, colonists, items, etc. will all stay the same.
Now includes the map preview generator- rather than trying for random maps, you can pick exactly the map you're looking for from a nearly limitless selection.

Of course, there is a small price to pay- in the form of unmined resources from your map.
The resource cost is optional and can be disabled in the Options > Mod Options dialog.

Important: The HugsLib library mod must also be installed. Make sure both are enabled in the Mods menu and HugsLib is loaded first.

Hope you enjoy.

Warning
Use your best judgment when rerolling, and make sure your game has been saved.
This mod has been designed to work with the vanilla game. Mods that include or affect map generation may not work or behave in unexpected ways.

The < 1.4 version is still available and can be found here: Map Reroll
The B19 version is still available and can be found here: Map Reroll (B19)

@ImASpookyGhost Try making a custom scenario where you arrive on the map standing, instead of with a drop pod. That fixed it for me.

The reroll Geysers is not working on one of the maps i have. I am going to assume it is the other mod conflicting but was hoping there was a idea that someone might have on how to make it work.
I am on a map generated by Geological Landforms. Lone Mountain in a Cold Bog map. It generated the maps just fine but the reroll Geysers seems to not want to work reliably.
-- Is it because of the way the map Generates or something in 1.5 the broke it?

Apologies, it looks like the About folder also needs to be included:

<loadFolders>
<v1.4>

About

Common

1.4

</v1.4>
<v1.5>

About

Common

1.5

</v1.5>
</loadFolders>

Many thanks for the great mod

Weird never noticed, I tested it a whole bunch in 1.5
I updated it

There are typos in the LoadFolder.xml file which are causing the game to incorrectly identify support for v1.5. Here is the correction:

<loadFolders>
<v1.4>

Common

1.4

</v1.4>
<v1.5>

Common

1.5

</v1.5>
</loadFolders>

Any chance of adding a reroll monolith option to this? Sometimes I find a great map but hate the location of the monolith.

Maybe the setting for 'New Map Size' from this mod affects temporary tiles as well (temporary quest maps, as an example)?

If that is true, maybe it would be neat to add a second setting for temp maps and have (1) one for new tiles intended for permanent settlements and (2) one for temp maps such as caravans and quests?
