Gothic 2 continuity

Description
This mod changes Gothic 2 textures of armors in continuity with Gothic 1. I also retextured some monsters like in Gothic 1 (like bloodflies and wrans). I took care even of minimal changes (like the heavy bandit armor covering the face like in Gothic 1).

I also changed a little the novice robes (removed the flame symbol), and above all I used the royale guard armor for knights, as well as some demon hunter armor for the dragon hunters armors. For me it creates the atmosphere I always wanted to see in the game.

It always bugged me that some armors were different from Gothic 1, and I honestly like way more the way they were in Gothic 1.

Thank you very much Geist. I couldn't be happier to hear you're enjoing the mod. There will be new updates, I plan to retexture all the other worlds (oldworld, dragonisland and addonworld) and I'll also take care of font bars and menu

god bless you for this mod and this newest update, the vibe is phenomenal, also implementing g1 font bars and menu adds a lot to the immersion

Wait.. so you only renamed the models in the files, instead of changing scripts? My god, it's amazing that it worked.

I know Xardas had a different head model, but to change it I should edit some scripts and I'm not capable of doing it... I know there's an italian "Nostalgic Mod" by Giuggiotheidol that restore also Xardas's original head shape and also gives charachters the same weapons they had in G1. But that's only for the italian version of G2

Xardas had a Hum_Head_Bald model in G1, not Psionic. But overall, nice mod!
